Letter to Clients
Update 9/19/09...Wow! We have come so far. With help from staff, contractors, and family members, things are painted, desks are moved in and we are almost ready to return to "normal" on Monday morning. Phone equipment should be installed on Monday and we hope to transfer all phone lines back to Lake Hallie from our branch location in River Falls on Tuesday. What a wild ride! The fire investigation is still ongoing. Insurance adjustors and investigators are still working on site to determine the losses.
Update 9/18/09...Saws and hammers are pounding like crazy, as our new temporary offices take shape in our irrigation building. We are so thankful that we have additional buildings on our campus that we unharmed in the fire. Walls are up! We are hoping to paint by Saturday, furniture and carpet by Saturday afternoon, move-in by Monday!
Update 9/15/09... New temporary offices are being constructed in one of the other buildings on site. Computer systems have been installed and we plan on getting all data and production up to date in 24 to 48 hours. Production crews are out today doing jobs and performing day to day work. The process has been a little slow, but the accomplishments of our team during this effort have been outstanding. We are making every effort to have things back to "normal" in the next few days. A big "Thank You" goes out to our staff, Mel Jahnke from Imagineering, Jeff Anger from RAM Technologies and all those who have assisted us in the recovery effort. We sincerely appreciate all of the well wishes and concern from friends, family and especially our loyal client base. We will keep you posted. Watch for new pictures and updates each day.
As of Sunday evening 9/12/09 our data recovery is going smoothly but will take a couple of days to be complete. Our crews have the info they need to restart production on Monday and Tuesday. We have temporary trailer offices coming. Those should arrive in Lake Hallie on Tuesday if all goes well. We are operating out of our other buildings on the site which were unharmed by the fire. Power and electricity have been restored. We are in the processes of inventorying and replacing vital items and beginning the process of rebuilding. Thank you for your support and prayers during this difficult challenge.
As of 5:30 pm on 9/11/09 we know that our office building is a total loss, however, we thankfully have all of our staff, production equipment and materials that were spared and not harmed in the fire. Please bear with us as we reestablish connections with computers and customer data. We sincerely appreciate the wonderful calls of concern, generous offers of help and our awesome clients who have been very understanding through this process.
